Established in 1983, Health Management provides health care services, education and training, leadership and organizational development, executive coaching and management consulting, international recruitment, and programs on wellness and lifestyle balance. It operates through integrated divisions, including Radians College, Home Health, International Recruitment and HMI Leadership Institute. It provides training services in nursing and allied health disciplines with approximately 300 students and over 30 instructors. It assesses, conceptualizes, develops, organizes and implements programs and initiatives. The company also undertakes strategic planning, diversity training, quality improvement and organizational innovation. It employs more than 250 people. Headquartered in Washington, D.C., it operates a satellite office in India.
