I don't care how good a doctor is - if he is always running at least 30 min late, the staff is rude, and the nurses bitch about the patients within earshot? I just give up.

I started to see Dr Adelson when my optician recommended him in response to my question: Are there any eye doctors you could recommend? I have always found his staff to be pleasant and helpful....

At every step of my post-surgery recovery, Dr. Adelson failed to give me even basic information or care. I left surgery without a RX for pain medication, because he "hoped" I wouldn't need it....
