It's hard to eat healthy at a mall in the US. Saladworks offers a good option however for such in the Christiana Mall. Inside the food court you'll find this gem. They offer the same great salad...

If you're gonna eat salad then go to salad works. I had the bleau chicken salad. It was very good. They have plenty to choose from and you can make your own as well.
