Penn Mart Discount Liquors

The owner is nice and the selection is large. I've never been unable to find a drink that I wanted here. I recently moved to Wilmington and still go out of my way to buy my alcohol here.

Horrible service and it's always closing early. This is the second time here and they closed early . Fuck these assholes , I'll spend my money elsewhere .
