I love Dunkin, I know you're sacrificing some things when you go there and I get that. But this one is really bad I won't go back. Service and wait times suck

I'm kinda of big on customer curtesy, so if I say or thank you,you should give a response back, so I had the impression that the employee had no manners until I was in there and she had manners...

I think it's really sad that if I order a drink with NO ice I will be charged an additional $.30. I will not be returning.
