HistoryThe horaciolewis.com Fairness Institute was established in 1983. The Bilingual Interfaith Spiritual Ministry component was attached in 2011. While the Institute has been concerned primarily with Training, Inspirational Speaking and Consulting the Ministry has been busy with Prayer Groups, conducting Obituary, Wedding services and Prayers/Blessings for the sick along with other pastoral related programs.SpecialtiesThe horaciolewis.com Fairness Institute and Ministry specializes in program evaluation, diversity training, coaching, education strategies and mediation/arbitration. The Institute also provides Bilingual Interfaith Spiritual Pastoral services. Established in 1983, its clients include private industry, government institutions of education, and non-profit agencies. The Institute also writes technical, diplomatic, resolution oriented letters to agencies, groups or individuals to effectuate change or right a wrong in lieu of legal action, thereby avoiding costly and time consuming litigation. The Speech Clinic, Inc. is owned and operated by state licensed and ASHA certified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs). We have been providing comprehensive speech-language services to area residents at our Wilmington, Delaware office, as well as at New Castle County schools, for the past 26 years.
