Every time i decided to give concord pet another try I'm left paying more money then i would at any other pet store!!! I wouldn't mind paying the extra money if the customer service was on point....

I love Concord pet. It's a local chain and it carries lots of good healthy pet food and snacks. The staff is friendly and very helpful. If you have any questions, they are right there to help....

The dog food program is amazing, every tenth bag is free... Not to mention dog food prices are cheaper... Although the same does not apply to toys.
