The instructors are great and give alternative ideas if we are not able to do an exercise so to injuries. Love the diversity of classes and times offered.

I go to club Pilates in Delaware:) Megan and Paige are super nice and polite... they explained everything prior to sign up during sign up and after my first class. I love the way it's set up...

Super friendly staff, welcoming environment, good camaraderie between class goers. This was my first introduction to Pilates and it was very beginner friendly with options to progress!
