Bright Spot Farm is a non-profit urban farm located on the Herman Holloway Campus in New Castle, Delaware. With a mission to empower and transform young adults, the farm employs eligible individuals aged 14-19 in their Young Farmers agricultural training program, providing hands-on experience in vegetable production and fostering leadership skills.

Rooted in an ethic of community service, Bright Spot Farm believes in the power of farming to build confidence and create positive change. Through their dedication to pesticide-free farming and cultivation of a strong sense of teamwork, independence, and leadership, they aim to heal and empower the young people in their program.
