At the Bear location why do the staff only pre soak half the car? I like the car wash but just wondering why, especially when you car is really dirty.

$16 car wash option. I used the touch free car wash today and it doesn't even look like I went thru a car wash.

Employees are a joke. they just don't care. Asked one of them to spray my tires and he just waved me through. Had to go home and scrub my wheels.
