In the case of arrears we identify the problem and act immediately and swiftly to collect any funds owed. Reporting: A detailed statement together with an invoice is forwarded to the landlord and or board members each month. We also supply all accounting reports such as Accounts Payables, General Ledger, Profit and Loss etc. For each property this will provide a breakdown of rent and common area fees received less invoiced fees and any other deductions such as repair and maintenance costs. For rental properties net rent is logged and specified on each report making tax preperation easier. Property Inspections: As part of our management service we carry out inspections on each property as often as you request.
