I am not yet a customer but use their ATM and have exchanged bills on occasion when needed. All other banks in the area would NOT help me when I needed smaller denominations than what the machine...

I just spoke to Suzanne (senior banker) who hung up on me when I asked for contact information for a district or regional manager who oversees CT branches. Unhelpful, rude and unprofessional!!
