They don't deem important appointments as a priority, which is their code for "I'm too lazy to drive you." They don't care. They will show up now 2 hours early for an appointment that's 10 minutes...

Will try to say that ride was cancelled by someone or that it was never scheduled in the first place. Too bad that this is really the only option in ct in some cases.
