The Yoga Shala owner and director, Stan Woodman. Stan has studied ashtanga yoga for over 20 years.

Specialties

The Yoga Shala is a center for Ashtanga Yoga. We teach Ashtanga Yoga in the tradition of Sri K Pattabhi Jois. We welcome students of all levels of experience and offer youth (ages 12 and up) an opportunity to practice in all of our classes at a discounted fee scale. Nationally recognized teachers visit the studio each year for workshops and The Yoga Shala is a registered yoga school with the National Yoga Alliance.

The Yoga Shala in Wilton is one of the best Yoga studios in CT. I have practiced Yoga in studios in Fairfield, Westport, Norwalk and throughout Fairfield County CT and noticed powerful results...
