Dr. Herbert is a primary care physician and Site Director for Stamford Health Personal Medicine, a concierge medicine practice in the Stamford Health Medical Group. Dr. Herbert has practiced in this model since 2014, affording him the time to focus on wellness and preventative healthcare. Stamford Health Personal Medicine is a practice dedicated to providing not only outstanding patient care, but also an enhanced patient experience. Dr. Herbert strongly believes in a practice that is truly patient focused. In addition to his current affiliations and leadership positions at Stamford Health, Dr. Herbert has previously served as Medical Director, Primary Care, Stamford Health Medical Group; Interim Chair, Department of Family Medicine; Chairman, Credentials Committee; and Chairman, Stamford Health Medical Staff. He has been recognized as a “Top Doctor” multiple times by Castle Connolly, New York Magazine Metro Area, Connecticut, Greenwich, Stamford, New Canaan & Darien Magazines. Dr. Herbert lives in Darien with his wife Liz and two children. In his free time he enjoys traveling, skiing, playing paddle tennis, and spending time with his family.

Dr. Remi Rosenberg chose to pursue a career in internal medicine to form deep and lasting relationships with his patients. As a concierge physician at Stamford Health Medical Group – Personal Medicine, he is afforded the time to practice primary care medicine in a patient-centered way, always acting as an advocate and guide for his patients in an increasingly complex and evolving medical world. Dr. Rosenberg joined Stamford Health Medical Group – Personal Medicine in 2011. Prior to that, he practiced at Primecare Medical in Stamford since 2003. His goal is to provide the highest quality medical care and service, including adequate time to offer a proactive, comprehensive approach to both disease prevention and wellness. Dr. Rosenberg has been recognized as a “Top Doctor” in internal medicine multiple times by Castle Connolly, Connecticut Magazine, and Greenwich, Stamford, New Canaan & Darien magazines. He resides in Stamford with his wife and two children and enjoys skiing, tennis, biking, and hiking.

Dr. Siegel’s passion for primary care and her commitment to the community are what brought her to Stamford Health Medical Group in 2015. Her mission is to provide care that focuses on the whole patient, and she appreciates being part of a strong network of talented specialists to help deliver comprehensive care. Dr. Siegel has a background in medical research and experience working with high-risk populations. She is committed to enriching the lives of her patients through incorporating preventative medicine with high-quality care.
