Not a friendly place. The owner was condescending and rude. Went to their competitor and was treated with respect. Why drive out of your way to be mistreated.

We just picked up a Forester from Jenn, WOW! Run, don't walk, to Reynolds'. The entire process was handled with genuine smiles. We hate the buying process but going here was a breath of fresh air.
