Resources for Mental Health

The Western Queens Consultation Center is a community-based mental health agency that serves individuals, children and families throughout New York. The center is licensed by the New York State Office of Mental Health. Its services include adult, child and adolescent psychotherapy, as well as psychiatric evaluation, consultation and medication management. The Western Queens Consultation Center also provides marriage, family and group therapies. The center additionally offers psychological assessment and community outreach programs. It maintains a staff of professional and skilled psychologists, clinical social workers, licensed mental health counselors and family therapists. In addition, the Western Queens Consultation Center provides a variety of health plans for its clients.
