Chelsey Jiminez is a board-certified PA who is passionate about patient care and encouraging patients to be involved in their healthcare. She is an advocate for lifestyle medicine and believes in building relationships with all her patients. She is an avid reader and enjoys nature walks and beautiful mountain views.

I am originally from Toronto, Canada. After receiving my Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology from the University of Toronto, I pursued my medical degree at Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica, earning my Doctor of Medicine. I completed my residency training in Internal medicine at Connecticut Institute for Communities, focusing on primary care. Therefore, I am equipped to provide patient-centered care by partnering with my patients to meet their individual needs in a professional and friendly manner. I am enthusiastic about forming lifelong relationships with my patients built on trust and honesty. My area of expertise is adult preventive medicine, managing acute and chronic medical conditions and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
