Rachel Allen Rydbeck

Dr. Choi joined The Heart Physicians, now Stamford Health Medical Group, in 2008. Dr. Choi is the Director of Resident Cardiology Education. He is the physician champion for congestive heart failure and has helped Stamford Hospital achieve the Gold Award for heart failure in the AHA Get with the Guidelines Program. He serves as Chairman of the Bioethics Committee and is editor of The Pulse, the physicians’ quarterly newsletter of the Stamford Health Heart & Vascular Institute. He lives in Greenwich with his wife and two children.

Dr. David Weinstein, a board-certified OB/GYN, has delivered over 10,000 babies in his career. He specializes in caring for women experiencing high risk pregnancy and providing minimally invasive care for gynecological problems. After completing his residency, Dr. Weinstein served as a Lieutenant Commander in the United States Navy Medical Corp for two years. He also previously served as an assistant clinical professor at Cornell Medical Center for 30 years. Dr. Weinstein chose to practice obstetrics and gynecology because he believes it is the best job in the world and that there is nothing happier than delivering a baby. He believes all doctors should strive for excellence in their careers and that patients always come first. He and the other physicians in his practice are available to patients 24 hours per day. Dr. Weinstein has repeatedly won awards for his outstanding patient care, including the Castle Connolly “Best Doctors in America” from 2006 to 2017, “America’s Top Obstetricians and Gynecologists,” “Best Doctors in New York Metropolitan Area,” “Best Doctors in Fairfield County” and Marquis’s “Who’s Who” Lifetime Achievement Award in Obstetrics and Gynecology. When he is not caring for patients, Dr. Weinstein enjoys travelling.

Dr. Weiss graduated from medical school at Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He then completed his surgical residency at the prestigious Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center/Harvard Medical School in Boston, Massachusetts. While at Beth Israel, Dr. Weiss was trained in all aspects of forefoot/hindfoot reconstructive surgery as well as lower extremity limb deformity correction. Dr. Weiss is double board certified via the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery (foot surgery and reconstructive rearfoot/ankle surgery). Dr. Weiss has been on staff at Stamford Health since 2008. Hes also on staff at the Stamford Hospital Wound Care Center and is certified in performing hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) treatments for complex wound-healing cases. He takes pride in helping diabetes patients with all lower-extremity ailments that involve wound care, neuropathy, and Charcot disorders.
