Operating as a non-profit organization since 1956, Plainview Co-op is a nursery school where teachers, children and parents interact to share an intimate and enriching pre-school experience. The Co-op is comprised of it's Director, teaching staff and the Executive Board -- dedicated to parents of current students who volunteer their time to ensure the overall operation of the school. The school operates under the leadership of a Director and an Executive Board, governed by ourby-laws. The Executive Board meets monthly to discuss school business and to address any current concerns. The Director works with both the Executive Board and the parents to ensure that all needs are met.
