Since September 1961, Northeast Electronics Corporation has established a reputation for consistently meeting and exceeding the requirements of difficult glass-to-metal seal applications. The company s state-of-the-art, 40,000-sqeare-foot facility is designed and equipped for integrated production of hermetically-sealed components to the commercial, military and industrial marketplace. With on-site capabilities that include assembly, fusing, testing, plating, machining, welding, grinding, lapping, laser marking and other secondary operations, Northeast Electronics controls virtually the entire production process. The company has a precision machine shop that fabricates custom designed fusing fixtures, and a plating department, which handles nickel, copper, tin and gold requirements in an environmentally-controlled plant. Northeast also performs brazing on all carbon steels, stainless steels and exotic metals, as well as resistance and heli-arc welding in environmentally controlled areas.
