Here's a thought: If you don't like Yelp, and think the people who use Yelp are a mafia, then don't use it. Yelp is optional to your life.

Yelp never seems to post the positive reviews only the negative they offer you a help program but take your money and do not actually help your business what a racket

Yelp is ridiculous. They use computers to sort through reviews and their algorithm makes no sense. All I can gather it seems as though, if you don't have a picture on your account, your review...

I will never use Yelp again. You post a good review for a product or service, someone doesn't like your review, reports you to Yelp your review gets removed. And ot was a good review!! Censorship...
