Meat and Co is a creative sandwich shop in New Haven's upscale East Rock Market Food Hall. If you notice the sign, you'll see they've rotated the lower case "a" in "Meat" so it's upside down....

A sandwich master! Premium sandwiches with premium ingredients. It's a 1-man operation though so cut him some slack. He's always been nice and polite to me.
