What a wonderful find! Sunday Brunch was excellent, both food & gracious service. Lovely decor and outside seating. Huge portions and many vegan options. We will be back!

Welcome to Market Place Kitchen & Bar! We are a new Modern American Restaurant in the heart of Woodbury, CT, we are run by Executive Chef Matt DeLongis. We celebrate and encourage local, organic and sustainably harvested food and spirits. The interior of our space is compiled of sustainable and local materials, utilizing beautiful 300 year old barn wood from the Gurski Farm in Brookfield, CT. For three years in a row we were named Best Farm To Table Restaurant by the readers of the Waterbury Observer! We look forward to you trying our inventive, seasonally inspired cuisine and cocktails. this place looks so lovely and promising but wow what a let down. for the apps; the fried pickles were great, but the mezze platter was disappointing; watery babaganoush a touch too sweet, bland...

Very moody inside. Service was great our waiter was very attentive. The complimentary bread is unbelievable. I ordered the blackened chicken nachos which interestingly enough had aioli on them....

this is just a third rate restaurant in terms of food, service and ambiance for any discerning diner nothing was excellent, too loud, over spiced food, expensive.
