So, the accommodations were passable, but they charged a $100 deposit that was not automatically returned. Instead, I had to call and ask for them to do as agreed.

Room was fine but old. Tub was gross with major staining. I was double charged for the room. Still haven't gotten my refund. To double charge someone during Christmas is ridiculous....

Things that could improve are Guest service, having a trash can in the room, telephone that worked, coffee maker that worked. I had 2 different sets of key cards, both didn't open the door.
