Krishnan Narasimhan

Dr. Henry Yoon is board-certified in family medicine and a fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. In his practice, Dr. Yoon provides evidence-based, comprehensive care to all his patients. Using a modern approach to care, he spends more time with his patients, talking and learning about their health concerns and wishes. He enjoys caring for patients of all ages and getting to know them as part of their family and community. He partners with his patients to make shared decisions about their health to help them meet their needs, wants and goals. Dr. Yoon also finds teaching medical students and residents professionally and personally rewarding. He helps each student and physician-in-training learn how to use the latest evidence to provide quality care. He feels working in an academic setting helps him develop professionally and provide up-to-date care to his patients.

Kathie Nurena, MD, is board certified in family medicine. She specializes in caring for the entire family. Dr. Nurena grew up in Westchester and the New York area. When she first visited Stamford, she fell in love with the community and knew she had found a home for her practice. She enjoys getting to know her patients as more than just patients – as part of a family and community. In addition to seeing patients, Dr. Nurena loves to teach medical residents and students how to become family medicine physicians. She enjoys helping each individual resident learn in how to provide great care, in his or her own way. In her spare time, Dr. Nurena teaches dog training.

Dr. Kahn is a board-certified gastroenterologist who has been practicing in the Stamford Health system for more than 30 years. She is a devoted physician competent in the diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal conditions and proficient at endoscopic evaluation of upper and lower gastrointestinal tract disorders
