A graduate of George Washington University, she has served diverse communities in East Harlem, NYC, and New Britain, CT. Jozefa is passionate about caring for patients across their lifespans and managing chronic illnesses and acute conditions. She values health education and enjoys teaching her patients, fostering their growth and well-being. Outside of work, Jozefa loves spending time outdoors with her family and is an avid reader, always seeking new adventures in both nature and literature.

Dr. Karen Tarbell is a primary careξphysician, board certified in both internal medicine and pediatrics, whoξcares forξchildren and adults of all ages. Herξfocus is on preventative care,ξdeveloping healthy lifestyles andξdiabetes. Dr. Tarbell is well versed in diagnosing and managing patients with acute andξchronic conditions.ξ She believes that she and the patient are a team working together and she feels privileged to treat multiple generations within the same family.ξ In her free time, Dr. Tarbell enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, scrapbooking, hiking and traveling, especially to National Parks.
