Jennifer Bendl

Dr. Fucigna is a physician with a 20-year career in obstetrics and gynecology. After practicing in Manhattan for 10 years, she relocated her practice to Wilton with the addition of a Darien office a short time later. She enjoys practicing all aspects of obstetrics and gynecology and assures every woman comprehensive care with a personal and compassionate attention to detail through all stages of her reproductive life. Her practice encompasses all aspects of obstetric and gynecologic care from adolescents to post-menopausal women with special interest in managing peri-menopause and helping women through the menopausal transition. Dr. Fucigna is the Vice Chair of the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology at Stamford Hospital and an Associate Clinical Professor of Obstetrics & Gynecology at Columbia University.

After training at Washington University, Dr. Symons stayed on as an attending physician working in the Section of Acute and Critical Care Surgery. He was the co-director of the Washington University Hernia Center and focused on complex hernia repairs and abdominal wall reconstructions. In this role, Dr. Symons tackled some of the most challenging abdominal wall surgeries in the Midwest. After living in the Midwest for 14 years with his wife and three children, he returned to Connecticut, where he grew up, to be closer to family and to be Medical Director of Hernia Surgery for the Stamford Health Medical Group. His areas of clinical expertise include advanced laparoscopic surgery, robotic surgery, emergency general surgery, trauma surgery, enterocutaneous fistula takedown, care for the critically ill surgical patient and burn and wound management.

Dr. Miller graduated from the College of the Holy Cross with a bachelor of science degree in biology. He received his medical degree from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons and completed his surgical training at Harvard Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. In addition to practicing medicine, Dr. Miller has spent his career educating residents and medical students. Dr. Miller not only practices general surgery but has been an active member of the trauma service. He has a strong interest in advanced laparoscopy, biliary and hernia surgery, and is currently accepting new patients.
