I have only had good experiences here. I requested new equipment and received it. I just today reordered new equipment! I will let you know if it all comes correctly. It has before.

Awful service, uneducated customer service staff, endless harassing phone calls even after saying to take my number off their list. AVOID.

Horrible customer service. You rarely get a live person on the phone. They automatically send you supplies even though you tell them not to. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

They never return phone calls and are never available to assist. I am waiting on a new machine and have left 3 messages.
