Fayeza Aliou, MD

Michelle is a family nurse practitioner and is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She completed her bachelor of science in nursing at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Conncticut, and earned her master of science degree from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. She has a special interest in breast and pancreatic cancers, in addition to myelodisplastic syndrome. She grew up in Bethel, volunteered at Danbury Hospital and began her career as a licensed practical nurse in 1997. She has worked in various specialties, including family practice, endocrinology, wound care and critical care. She believes in "cura personalis" or care of the whole person in order to provide individualized, distinct care for each person.

As a primary care physician, Dr. Molina believes in building solid relationships with her patients by providing an interdisciplinary but personalized approach to care. Her main interest is improving their quality of life, emphasizing disease prevention and wellness. She takes great pride in advocating for her patients while providing care in a friendly and caring environment. She is originally from the Dominican Republic and is fluent in Spanish. In her free time, Dr. Molina enjoys attending food festivals, reading true crime books, and spending time with her husband and cats.
