I go to this Dunkin regularly because it's close to my house. I don't l ow of its understaffed, or the emp;pyres don't receive the correct training, but the service is highly lacking and errors...

Poor customer service lately, this Sr Discount is a hassle because most cashier's don't know how to add you birthday date from your license. They argue that if your born in 1957 you're not 62....
