I feel like at bare minimum, a Dunkin should have toilet paper in their restroom. Having failed that, the rest doesn't really matter, does it?

Nasty staff, nasty establishment. Talking junk about my mobile order as I was walking in, swearing. Trashy place. I wouldn't even stop here to pee because the bathroom was nasty. Level this place
