Charles X. Ma, MD

As an endocrinologist, Dr. Shah is dedicated to building strong long-lasting relationships with her patients to help guide them towards wellness and an improved quality of life. Her areas of expertise include the management of diabetes, thyroid diseases, pituitary abnormalities, and gender-affirming therapies (for individuals age 19 and over). Dr. Shah prides herself in her ability to not only connect to a diverse patient population but also to provide comprehensive care focusing on individuals and not illnesses. She is a strong LGBTQIA+ ally and an active American Association of Clinical Endocrinology member. In her free time, Dr. Shah enjoys hiking, traveling to different cities and trying their cuisines.

Michelle Lee, PA. was born and raised in Connecticut, right in Norwalk Hospital. She comes from a family of strong women, one of three daughters. Michelle loves trying new foods, spending time with her dogs, and enjoying the outdoors. She will strive to be your healthcare advocate and prides herself on building strong patient/provider relationships with patients.
