Came with my 10-year old grandson who wanted to pick out a rod and reel. The staff was so respectful to him and helpful-the kind of treatment a child seldom gets, but can make such a difference....

Staff is pleasant and helpful but owner is rude and arrogant. Went there a number of times but no more after having encountered nastiiness of owner.

We're in Westbrook a lot over the summer and had no idea they rented paddle boards and kayaks here. The water was so calm! My girls (9 and 12) were able to paddle board and kayak on their own....

Rented kayaks here for the first time and it was a great experience. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would recommend to anyone looking to rent kayaks.
