For personal service or to speak with someone this bank is terrible. I am going to actually change where I do my banking as I cannot endure the "no one there" status.

No staff, like ever, at any branch! Always working on a skeleton crew teller staff...funny there's always plenty of staff sitting at desks though.. seems to me that Bank of America wants you to...
