Mary Elizabeth Nursing Center is a full-service skilled nursing and health care services center. The center offers physical and occupational therapies for physical and respite health and pathology services, as well as various wellness programs. In addition, it provides long-term health care, assisted living, and case management and consultation services. Mary Elizabeth Nursing Center also offers occupational and speech therapies; dental, podiatry and ophthalmology services; rehabilitation programs; intravenous therapy for hydration, temporary nutrition and medication; and hospice care. The center operates through physicians, nurses, aides, physical therapists, social workers, and plant maintenance and laundry services providers, as well as a group of volunteers. It is located in Mystic, Conn.

Do not, I repeat DO NOT send a loved one to this mismanaged place. I am in the process of sending a complaint to the State of Connecticut about the poor care my mother received from them.

The staff at Apple Rehab Mystic is wonderful. Everyone is very nice and will make you feel right at home when you walk in the door!
