Almost a complete ditto to the other review... They sent someone to the house, he said he would provide an estimate but didn't, and a few weeks later I called and left messages but no one called back.

Complete flake. They came by, told us they'd submit a bid, took a sample of wood from a bedroom, then crickets. Failed to return texts or otherwise respond, then a month later proclaimed they...
