Trailhead CrossFit was born in December of 2010 and we have proudly been serving as the premier strength and conditioning facility in the Golden, Colorado area ever since.

Trailhead CrossFit specializes in providing the best possible programming and coaching to our members. In this way our members not only get a world class workout, but at the same time are ensured to perform with technical proficiency and safety, the two hallmarks of our affiliate. Secondly, Trailhead CrossFit specializes in building a community of like minded athletes in Golden, Colorado. We are here to be in the best shape of our lives and support those who join us along the way. We are friends. We are family. We are CrossFit.
