Tide Cleaners

I have been very pleased with their service. I have difficulty walking and appreciate their drive through access at their Centennial/Garden of the Gods location.

The worst dry cleaning service I've ever used. Literally ever. They double creased my work pants. And there was a ton of lint on both pants and suit jacket. And to top it all off, it took a week...

The service at Tide Cleaners is disappointing. At 10:00 a.m. on a Saturday morning, I went to pick up my cleaning and a sign on the door said they were closed for 10 minutes. I waited at least 10...

... And one star is being generous. First of all, once I walked in, no one is at the counter, I ring the bell, nobody came up, finally a delivery guy with FedEx walked in and walked to the back...

We have used Tide dry cleaners for awhile now, and usually the service is great. However, since moving to this store we have had several items lost and the customer service has gone down...
