Charlie is results oriented with a strong strategic focus and extensive operational depth in sales, marketing, supply chain management, finance, and information technology. Prior to forming Builder Sourcing, Charlie held a senior management position in the corporate office of MDC Holdings/Richmond American Homes. He was responsible for several national functions including purchasing, design centers, and information technology. Builder Sourcing Corporation was created from the idea that builders could benefit from leveraging a national company that would provide similar services of those of corporate offices of national builders. Charlie has been published in leading builder magazines such as Big Builder, Builder & Professional Builder and has spoken on the topics of cost management, supply chain management, builder systems, and systems technology. He is available to write and speak at builder related conferences and trade shows. Charlie holds a BS in Accounting & Finance from Drexel University and a MBA from New York University. Jason Schermerhorn is the president of Builder Sourcing and is responsible for the day to day operations of the company. He has a strong background in account and market development and in leading teams. Prior to Builder Sourcing, Jason was with Meyers Management & Consulting, Princeton Information, Data Trend Information Systems, and Renaissance Worldwide where he has had a solid track record of developing, selling and delivering value in service businesses. Jason holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Boston College where he was also a member of the Boston College Football team. Brian Domareck is a vice president with Builder Sourcing. Brian is responsible for working with our builders to implement and utilize our rebate programs and builder software systems. He has a diverse background in multiple disciplines ranging from sales, relationship management, and construction and remodeling with corporations and government agencies such as MTV Networks, The Boulder County Family & Community Team, and his own construction and remodeling company. Brian is a dynamic individual possessing excellent people skills with a diplomatic style. He is a proven team player with a strong leadership background. Brian holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Colorado and a MBA from the University of Denver.
