The Art of Cheese

Our cheesemaking school is located within the Haystack Mountain Cheese Creamery. We offer many different classes for the home cheesemaker from soft cheeses to brie to alpines, blues and cheddars. Come for a 1 or 2-hour class and creamery tour, or stay for several days and attend one of our multi-day cheesemaking bootcamps!
