If you're from out of town, Colorado green chili is definitely a must try. There's other notable places to get green chili but tamale kitchen is open at midnight and even has midnight madness...

Unpleasant, the service was very bad and the food bland. People gave me fries and forgot the cheese, and when I told them, they reluctantly added it.
