Had great friendly service & bought 2 delicious bone-in Chuck roasts. They have a great variety of meats & side dishes too. When I'm in Salida again we will definitely buy food there again !

Awesome bacon We don't live in Salida anymore, but whenever we are in town, this is a must stop. I would highly recommend Scanga Meat, you won't be sorry.
