This place is awesome. First of all - they grow more varieties of lavender than you will see most other places. And - it is organic. Ask questions - you will learn which varieties are culinary....

Sage Creations Organic Farm is a family-owned and operated farm located in Palisade, Colorado. With over 10 acres of land, they specialize in growing lavender and herbs, and also have a nursery and distillery. This is a great, tho expensive, resource for organic herbs and other plants. Watch out for the open/closed times, only 4 days a week and short days.

This place is soooo beautiful! And everyone that works there is so sweet. Then even let us borrow their personal sunscreen when I forgot some for my kids. We will be back for sure!

Most amazing afternoon tea!! Beautiful lavender gardens, and workshop on how to make fresh flower swags! Worth the 2 hour drive from Vail. Definitely will be back!
