In a world full of sandwich places, Rosa's stands out on the Anschutz Medical Campus. It's still an offshoot of Etai's, so you know what you'll get: fresh, fast food that is a bit overpriced....

Lunch at Rosa's Mexican Kitchen was very good, fast and reasonably priced. There was a steady flow of customers, primarily health care workers from UC who appear to be regulars. I'm sure they go...

We got the carne asada here and it was really good! Staff were friendly as well! We also ordered the nachos as an appetizer, but we didn't end up liking them as much. Overall a good experience!

Great Mexican food option. Looks like it is mostly visited by hospital staff. Very clean. Fresh food. While black and pinto beans, rather than refried, which I love. The burritos and tacos...
