After my original review, Republic Services asked me to email customer service. I sent two emails and a written letter enclosed with my check; none received a response. I paid the $80 bin removal...

Do not use this company!! They will flat out lie to you about picking up your trash, most of the service reps can barely speak English. Terrible experience all the way around!!!

I don't know if they are having technical issues, or just incompetent, but they miss picking up recycling 2-3 weeks/month. Don't use them.

very poor service, constantly missed collections and incorrect billing. Moved to HBS for almost half the cost and a far better service. Would strongly recommend avoid using them.
