Zero stars if I could. Dirty place with very old furniture. It's way overpriced. The front desk lady of the place is rude and unprofessional. She refused to reimburse any of our stay, I asked her...

They've done a great job with this remodel. It's hands down the nicest of it's class in Manitou. Ms. Suzie's the darling owner, I'm sure, because she's very hands on and involved with her property...
