I'm very appreciative of Cindy noticing in my exhausted state, I forgot to close my unit. She closed it and locked up for me and let me know that I had and to check the unit. So grateful!

Increased my rent $100 per month over about 8 months. Lame. The storage is fine, but then they try to nickel and dime you by charging more for 24x7 access.
