HistoryI set up my practice in 2017. As it has grown, I have continued to refine and update my skills in order to provide my clients with outstanding therapy. Adult or childhood trauma is an underlying cause of many long-term challenging problems, like addiction, depression and anxiety. Specializing in trauma/PTSD allows me to focus on keeping up and continuing to improve in that area. I am passionate about supporting my clients in their healing process.SpecialtiesI provide affordable therapy for people with a variety of concerns. I specialize in working with trauma, but I work with other issues, such as addiction, anxiety and depression, which are often caused by trauma. I use powerful, modern approaches to trauma therapy, including EMDR. My work with addiction includes behavioral addictions (such as video game addiction). Although I do not take insurance, I charge very affordable rates on a sliding scale, usually in the range of $60-90 per hour.
