Absolutely no sense of urgency! Seems like they spend more time talking smack to each other than servicing their customers needs. Time is money and they don't care about the customers time....

I'm probably In there picking up parts at least twice a day. All the parts guys are phenomenal!! Amazing customer service from Geof and Tony!!

My husband, who is a truck driver, and I had to pick up a truck from this location to bring to Texas. When he arrived, the truck wasn't in working order, so we had to call a tow truck to come help...
